Transparency and fairness in our refund process

At Doobiz, we strive to provide an excellent user experience and deliver high-quality services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, our refund policy is designed to offer transparency and fairness. Please review the following terms to understand your eligibility for a refund.

1. Refund Eligibility

Doobiz offers refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Service Delays: If we fail to deliver our services within the stipulated timeframes (outlined below), you may be eligible for a full refund.

Profile Activation (Business, Investor/Buyer, Advisor Plans) Profile to be activated within 5 business days, provided complete information and verification details are provided by the user. No refund if the user provides incorrect or incomplete details.
Introduction Credits Business introductions that do not respond or are unavailable can be reported. After validation, these credits will be re-credited for use with alternative businesses.

Refund Process for Service Failure: If we fail to meet the specified timelines as mentioned above, we will issue a full refund, subject to the conditions that you provide complete and accurate information and documents.

2. Partial Refunds

Doobiz may offer a partial refund under the following scenarios:

  • Profile Rejection or Suspension: If we reject, suspend, edit, or delete your profile (even after you submit required documents), we may offer a pro-rata refund, minus a 5% transaction fee, at our discretion.
  • Refund Process: All refunds are processed after a deduction of 5% transaction charges, to cover processing and administrative costs.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Doobiz does not provide refunds under the following circumstances:

  • No Guarantee of Introductions or Deal Closures: We do not guarantee any introductions, deal closures, or financial transactions via the platform. Refunds will not be issued if these outcomes are not achieved.
  • Change of Mind or Non-Use of Profile: If you change your mind, fail to use your profile, or do not submit the required verification proof, you will not be entitled to a refund.
  • Account Termination Due to Misuse: If your account is terminated due to misuse, providing false information, or failure to settle any owed Finder’s Fees, Doobiz is entitled to retain all fees paid, and no refund will be issued.

4. Refund Request Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the terms outlined above, please follow the process below:

  1. Email Request: Send a refund request to [email protected] from the registered email address.
  2. Required Information: Your email should include:
    • Invoice number
    • Payment date
    • Payment amount
    • Reason for the refund request
  3. Review Timeline: We will review your refund request within 5 business days.
  4. Refund Processing: If applicable, a refund will be processed according to our policy. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used. Please note that depending on the payment method, it may take 5-15 business days for the credit to appear in your account.

5. Changes to This Policy

Doobiz reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on the platform, and the updated policy will take effect immediately. We encourage you to regularly review this policy to stay informed about any updates.
